MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

Factory Infrastructure System

The factory spans an area of 10,000 square meters, comprising administrative offices, production workshops, warehouses, extraction areas, and other auxiliary facilities.

HVAC System

The production facility utilizes an HVAC system with 8 air handling units, ensuring air exchange 20 times per hour. Environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity are strictly controlled according to the specific requirements of each area.

Compressed Air Supply System

Fresh air is compressed and stored in reserve tanks, then undergoes filtration and drying to remove moisture before use. The compressed air distribution pipelines are also equipped with moisture traps to reduce the risk of condensation.

Warehouse Material Management and Storage System

With the support of advanced technology, this system ensures accuracy in inventory management, minimizes losses, and optimizes storage space.

Water Supply System

RO water in the storage tank and the water pipelines for the factory are continuously circulated by a recirculation pump (Loop). The water pipes are made of 304L stainless steel, preventing contamination and ensuring no rust.

Wastewater Treatment System

A physico-chemical and biological treatment technology is applied to ensure that the wastewater meets standards before being discharged into the environment.

Steam Supply System

The boiler has a capacity of 1.5 tons per hour and is used to supply industrial steam to dryers, extraction vessels, concentrators, blending tanks, and other equipment.
